Black Cod (Sablefish)

Origin: Wild-caught, Pacific waters (British Columbia, Canada)

    • Frozen-at-Sea, Headed & Gutted (H&G): 2–4 kg, 4–6 kg

    • Fillets: 300–500 g, skin-on/skin-off

  • Processing: IQF or blast frozen, maintaining -20 °C or below
